1Account Registration & Member Eligibility

To register and use the JD88 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Residing in or located in a country where the use of online gambling services is permitted.
• Has never previously been banned from using the JD88 platform or any related platform.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration.
• Register in a personal capacity — not on behalf of another person or business entity.

JD88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time, including a copy of your identification card, a utility bill as proof of address, or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

2Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your JD88 account username and password secure. The following must be observed:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong and unique password for your JD88 account.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify JD88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.

JD88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account, provided we were not notified of the security breach in writing within a reasonable time.

All activity on your account – including any bets placed, deposits, or withdrawals – is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a compromised account to us beforehand.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at JD88 are processed through secure and legitimate Malaysian digital payment methods. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawal Conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for amounts below RM10,000. Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 working hours.

JD88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the identity verification (KYC) process is complete. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds and prevent financial fraud.

4Bonus & Promotions Terms

JD88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's individual terms. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses received must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x, depending on the bonus type) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Members may not claim two bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bet limits while a bonus is active: When playing with a bonus balance, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino games may contribute at a different rate.

JD88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other related breach of terms.

5Game Rules & Sports Betting

All games on the JD88 platform — including slots, live casino, table games, blackjack, and Sports Betting — are subject to both general rules and the specific rules applicable to each game. The general principles that apply are:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, badminton, e-sports, and more – all bets are final once confirmed by the system, except in the cases stated below.
• JD88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, odds published in error, or a match result that is still under official investigation by the relevant sports authority.
• For postponed or cancelled matches, specific terms based on sport type and league will apply.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or cheating techniques is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

For live betting on football and other sports, odds may change at any time during a match. Bets confirmed at a specific set of odds remain binding even if the odds change after confirmation. JD88 is not liable for technical delays that may affect bet acceptance during live betting sessions.

6Responsible Gaming & Self-Protection

• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Suspected activities involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gambling reasons.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, JD88 reserves the right to withhold any existing account balance while an investigation is conducted. Any legitimate funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe upon conclusion of the investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

• Any damage to your device related to your use of the JD88 platform.

Under no circumstances shall JD88's maximum liability to any member exceed the total active deposit balance in the relevant account at the time the claim is made, or RM500, whichever is higher.

10Amendments & Governing Law

JD88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the JD88 website.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Continued use of the JD88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of that amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the JD88 platform or these Terms must first be directed to JD88 customer support for resolution before any further action is taken.
